• All auditions via Zoom.
• Onlly test shoot workshops are in person or booked coaching.
• The agency has no control over clients callback decisions.  There are no guarantees for casting, callbacks or bookings. Casting submissions, go see, and auditions do not guarantee a callback, only the talent the client chooses receives a callback. . The agency is non-exclusive and All talent are independent that can accept or reject any job or booking. All bookings are at the discretion of the independent talent.
• All talent are considered non-exclusive. 
• No talent is an employee and have their own tax obligations, and to their trade as such. 
• All Talent can accept or decline any casting or booking.
• A high volume of communication is received. Not all talent will receive a response. Check back in at a later time. Response wait list 2mts. In transition. Talent patience is greatly! 
• Talent Email contact information, phone number, first and last name, location, bio, resume to: albany.talent@yahoo.com 
• Please allow longer than normal response time.
• Current head shot & full length. Clean, natural, individual, looking at the camera.
• NO bathroom shots, the way you would present to a client, clean, natural!
• Photos sent cannot be returned.
• No all email receive response. If you email, you will be notified when the agency has openings. The agency is at will, and not all talent are accepted.
• Be careful who does your photos. The Agency works with an array of professional photographers to assist.
• Who can apply: All ages, ALL diversities, anyone who loves to be in front of the camera, ect…
• All-inclusive, NON-exclusive agency…
• The agency acceps 30% new talent a year. All talent are encouraged to seek castings and bookings independently to promote themself to their greatest talents potential and opportunity! 
• No guarantee of casting, call back or booking. 
• No talent are an employee.
• Always go to a booking with someone, always let someone know where your booking is, ect. Never go alone, or unknown, or to a booking by someone that contacts you but has no credentials.
• Remember: Always be prepared for a booking, be professional, amenable…listen, follow directions, every moment counts, always show confidence in the role…be your very best every moment!
• Remember anyone that takes your photo can own that photo rights, so beware.
• Talent should Never do any booking you don’t feel confident or comfortable with! Always speak out to the manager or agent for support.
•  Talent have a right to accept or reject any booking for any reason.
• Talent should never ever sign anything they have not read and understood.
• The agency has no control over client need to change bookings.
• All talent are responsible for their own image and branding and the agency makes no endorsements as such.
• we do not archive images for talent. Talent are encouraged to achieve their own portfolio images, ect...
• Bookings are 20% Commission.
